In his late teens, Dharmesh Gohil began his professional path by supporting his family and pursuing his ambition to learn abroad. In 2007, he joined the Multi-Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) as an arbitrager and three years later founded Graphision Private Limited.
At Graphision, he embraced cutting-edge technologies such as AR, VR, MR, XR, IoT, gesture control, cloud solutions and artificial intelligence to deliver value to clients and their customers.
In May 2018 he founded Arkidzoo Private Limited—an ed-tech startup creating AR/AI learning tools for preschoolers. That led to his selection as a fellow of the Professional Fellowship Program (PFP) in the USA and later appointment as the India Country Partner for the programme.
Outside work, Dharmesh enjoys exploring new cultures, documentary-style learning, rural lifestyles, and unconventional recipes.

What Leaders Say
Great service overall but would have appreciated clarity over the program travel rules - not allowed to meet anybody else, not able to stay beyond the program dates (even with a valid US tourist VISA). I understand why these rules are being imposed but we didn't know that such rules will be imposed. Clarity must be provided on this aspect at the beginning of the application process itself.
